Some Background
I started out as a Graphic Designer for about 15 years and later became a Color Lithographer for the printing Industry. You have seen some of my work on one of Microsoft's software packages.
I started working full time on the Internet in 1996 when due to a serious injury I lost my job as a color separation specialist for the printing Industry.
The problem with working for a company is that when the company's circumstances change or technology changes; the value your skills bring the company changes as well.
Since 1996 I have designed over 200 web sites and developed over 6,000 pages of content for the Web. I have attracted over 2,000,000 (2 million) visitors to my web sites (this year alone) spending less than $100 dollars on advertising.

I have been developing and publishing information products part time to full time for over 20 years.

In 1996 I started my Internet Marketing Information and support business from my home in Eugene Oregon.

In the 1970s and 1980s I was a Ultra distance runner and coach with 59 marathons, four 50 mile races, two 70+ mile races, and a two time finisher of a one day 100 mile footrace through the Sierra Mountain range in California. This established my expertise as a distance running expert.

My first Information product was a runner's logbook titled "Be Your Own Coach". My second information product titled "The Northwest Runners Guide" targeted the "weekend warrior" with the need for hard to find information about the various running and racing events within the Northwest United States.

Later I expanded the runners log into a computer program also titled "Be Your Own Coach". The computer program personalized a runner's training regimen to the athlete's personal goals and abilities.
"Be Your Own Coach" was selected for national distribution over a program developed by my personal coach Bill Bowerman who was the United States Olympic Track and Field
